Delete your account.

You can delete your TimeAlign account at any time. This page explains how to do it, what we delete, and what we keep.

1. Delete your account in the app

In Short: Open Settings in the TimeAlign app and tap Delete account.

  1. Open the TimeAlign app on your iPhone or Android device and sign in.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  4. Optionally tell us why you are leaving, then continue.
  5. Tap Delete Account to confirm. The app signs you out when the deletion is complete.

2. Ask us to delete your account by email

In Short: If you cannot use the app, email us from the address on your account.

Send an email to support@timealignapp.com from the email address you use to sign in to TimeAlign, with the subject “Delete my account”. We may ask you to confirm the request. We process email requests within 30 days.

3. What we delete

When you delete your account, we immediately:

  • Close your account and stop you from signing in to it.
  • Remove your name, display name, email address, profile photo, date of birth, location, and the link to your watch from your TimeAlign profile.
  • Remove you from our email lists.

After this, your remaining app data (goals, tracked time, calendar connections and synced calendar events, AI chat history, and settings) is no longer connected to your name or email address. If you also want this data fully erased, email support@timealignapp.com and we will erase it within 30 days.

4. What we keep

  • Sign-in record. Your sign-in email and login provider stay with our authentication provider (Firebase) until you ask us to erase them by email.
  • Purchase records. Apple, Google, and RevenueCat keep records of subscriptions and purchases under their own policies. Deleting your TimeAlign account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
  • Analytics. Usage analytics that do not identify you directly can remain after your account is deleted.
  • Backups. Copies of data in our backups are removed as those backups expire on their normal schedule.
  • Legal needs. We can keep limited information when the law requires it, or to prevent fraud and enforce our terms.
